And hot spots warp glass. Simple as that. By building these into pre-assembled modules, we take the “human error” out of the installation. Everything is exactly where it needs to be before it even hits your floor. Now, we’ll tailor these modules to your specific wattage and voltage. If you go for higher wattage, you get more heat density, which means your finishing process moves faster. But there’s a catch. More power puts more stress on your power supply and cranks up the heat around the machine frame. Just make sure your cooling fans can keep up with the extra warmth.
Less Wiring, Less Stress
We want to move you away from “buying parts” and toward just… having a solution that works. Think about your technicians. Instead of spending days wrestling with R7s or Sk15 connectors and trying to align tubes by eye, they get a drop-in replacement. We bend the support structures to match your specific conveyor or glass curve. So, you just bolt the module into place, hook up the main feed, and you’re done. It saves a massive amount of time during setup and—more importantly—it stops those annoying “burn outs” that happen when manual wiring is sloppy or a connection is loose.
The Reality Check
Here is the deal: these modules save a ton of labor, but they require you to be spot-on with your specs from the start. Once we build a module to a specific curve and power rating, you can’t really “tweak” it on-site. It’s not designed to be modified with a wrench and a prayer.
